More and more people are trying to find a weight loss program or diet that will work for them. My goal is to help you understand what it means to live a healthy lifestyle. A lifestyle without having to diet, but eating healthy, I call it "living within your means."


On my site you will find many helpful suggestions, along with up to date articles under the "news" section on the right. I post the most recent findings in nutrition and health today from evidence based publications.

The information on this site is just a small sample of what I can do for you. If you need to lose weight, or help understanding your diabetic diet, I can provide you with a customized calorie level and meal plan that is right for you. I continue to stay current on diet and nutrition information through continuing education so that I can bring you the most recent and up to date findings.
